Because the Nxt Museum is a physical museum, I wanted to incorporate the physicality of the museum with the digital based visual system by layering type, graphic elements, and images. Inspired by the conservation of wild animals, the new identity focuses on creating a sense of community where the bond between humans and animals can be established. It strives to ensure that each home is the representation of each distinctive identity and is a safe space of relaxation and comfort. Relm lives as a pop-up hotel partnering with existing apartments and contractors across the US, creating a physical showroom experience for West Elm as well as encouraging new leases for the apartments. In this project, I partnered Relm with Gardenhouse located in Beverly Hills for a Los Angeles-style urban living experience. There are three choices of rooms, penthouses, flats, and townhomes, where each room is entirely shoppable with all West Elm’s furniture. Since many of the unrecyclable plastic wastes come from packaging, specifically small pieces of plastic like pill bottles and caps, I see a need to find a sustainable packaging solution for OTC drugs. The material used in this repackaging project is paper and 100% recyclable, and it has a child safety lock cap. The dieline is inspired by the Prescription Paper Pill Bottle by TOM. My design concept is inspired by the handwritten prescriptions by doctors, and I want to bring in a professional yet analog style to personalize OTC drugs. The purpose of this book is to raise awareness of the issue and the changing perspectives of the younger generation on marriage and childbirth. The first part of the book introduces the three birth policies that cause this issue and reflects on the changing opinions of Gen Z women. I also used the years progression from 1950 to 2022 as the secondary page numbering to guide the readers from past to present.
